Inizialmente costituito da SNP Boat Service e la G. Rodriquez Port de Golfe-Juan, nel 2001 acquista il broker C&N INTERNATIONAL. Queste in totale le società del gruppo.

HISTORY

RODRIGUEZ GROUP TRACK

1972 • Gérard Rodriguez, a yacht captain, establishes a maritime agent company, which specializes in leisure yacht consulting and sales.
1979 • Launch of a newconcept: large-size Open yachts. • Signing of an exclusive contract with Arno shipyard and creation of the Leopard series.
1986 • Launch of a new series of Openyachts: the Mangusta. • Signing of an exclusive contract with Overmarine shipyard.
1995 • Set up of SNP Boat Service Inc., the Group’s subsidiary in the USA, marking the acceleration of the Group’s internationalization.
1998 • Initial Public Offeringon the Second Marché of the Paris Stock Exchange.
2001 • Acquisition of the Camper & Nicholsons Intl. company. • Rodriguez Group becomes the world leader in luxury yachting. • Launch of the custom offer.
2002 • Acquisition of the Bob Saxon Associates company. • Rodriguez Group becomes the world leader in large yacht management.
2005 • Acquisition of the W. Service maintenance shipyard in Savona, Italy.
2006 • Opening of a subsidiary in Dubai.

INIZIO DELLA CRISI

2008 • Disdetta del contratto in esclusiva con Arno shipyard
2009 • la società si è trovata in una grande difficoltà finanziaria, il cui prezzo di borsa è stato sospeso 8 aprile 2009 il 7 aprile 2010 . Questa sospensione delle negoziazioni gli consente di impostare un piano di backup <ref>https://www.boursier.com/actions/actualites/news/rodriguez-group-renouvellement-de-la-periode-d-observation-accepte-354997.html</ref>.
2010, Alexandre Rodriguez, figlio del fondatore che all'epoca era il capo dell'azienda, si dimise a causa di problemi legali nel contesto di un caso di brigantaggio <ref> https://lexpansion.lexpress.fr/actualite-economique/mis-en-examen-le-president-de-rodriguez-group-demissionne_1403480.html </ref> . Gérard Rodriguez ha assunto le redini del gruppo, ma viene in seguito sostituito. In Agosto Overmarine disdetta definitivamente il contratto di esclusiva.

Alla fine del 2010 firma l'escusiva per Francia e Monaco con SANLORENZO e per tutto il mondo non i esclusiva.
