Hull is constructed with Krabak (tough and close grained hardwood from Thailand) on English oak grown frames spaced 2' and with two steamed English oak timbers interposed. Wood keel,stem. stern post, rudder, deck beams, shelf and stringers are all of English oak.

Decks are of Baltic white pine , canvas covered. 2010 deck and roff were coverei with two layers of marine grade plywood, precisely cut and epoxi glued Deckworks, bulwarks, furnitureand trim are all in mahogany. Cabin sole in teak. Fastenings are copper. Ballast keel is of lead weighing 4500 lb.

Mast stepped on inox deck base and the coachroof is specially reinforced to take the trust.
