DISCO VOLANTE has a sleek hull profile. Topsides are dark blue Awlgrip, and the underbody is a cruising configuration with low aspect ratio fin keel and fully skeg supported rudder. The superstructure and boom were Awlgripped oyster white in 1998.

The deck configuration is very well executed. DISCO VOLANTE must have the largest cockpit of any yacht her size. The raised saloon superstructure blends elegantly into the forward cabin trunk which fairs, Swanlike, into the foredeck. The cockpit, deck, cabin trunk, and saloon house top are covered in seasoned teak that was renewed by Camper and Nicholsons' yard in 1995. The decks were re-caulked in 1999.

Storage on deck is commodious with a large aft lazzarette, a generous bow locker, three cockpit seat lockers, and six cockpit coaming lockers.

The steering station is aft with a five foot diameter six spoke stainless steel destroyer wheel with elkhide cover, mounted to a handsome Whitlock pedestal with custom pods for engine and navigation instrument displays.

Construction

Fully hand laminated hull and deck from female moulds.

DISCO VOLANTE has a sleek hull profile. Topsides are dark blue Awlgrip, and the underbody is a cruising configuration with low aspect ratio fin keel and fully skeg supported rudder. The superstructure and boom were Awlgripped oyster white in 1998.

The deck configuration is very well executed. DISCO VOLANTE must have the largest cockpit of any yacht her size. The raised saloon superstructure blends elegantly into the forward cabin trunk which fairs, Swanlike, into the foredeck. The cockpit, deck, cabin trunk, and saloon house top are covered in seasoned teak that was renewed by Camper and Nicholsons' yard in 1995. The decks were re-caulked in 1999.
